Elizabeth came to Citrus Dental in 2000 as the Practice Administrator and has grown both personally and professionally as the practice has evolved. She enjoys the daily challenge of problem-solving and is most comfortable in front of a computer with a project to complete. She is passionate about systems that work well and strives to make improvements in the practice that benefit both patients and staff alike. Originally from the Midwest and Northeast, but a Florida resident since 1979, she lives in Inverness with her husband Bob, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 horses. Leisure time usually involves outdoor activities, particularly natural horsemanship and trail riding in the Withlacoochee State Forest.
Beth joined Citrus Dental in 1991, and loves talking to our patients, many of whom she has known for over 20 years. She is the familiar face at the front desk who makes everyone feel at ease.
Beth met her husband Jonathan while traveling in Europe and lived in Sweden for over a decade. Their three sons Ian, Christian and Andre were born there before the family relocated to Beth’s home state of Florida. In her free time Beth enjoys seeing her beautiful granddaughter, caring for her 7 horses, breeding Border Collies, gardening and home improvement projects.
Bob came to Citrus Dental in 2010 and handles insurance submissions, accounts receivable and coordinates financing options for patients. He grew up in California and lived in Northwest Arkansas for many years. Prior to joining our practice he worked as a mental health counselor.
Bob enjoys restoring antique tractors, carpentry, gardening and spending time with his wife Elizabeth in their new home in Inverness.
Nikki joined Citrus Dental of Inverness in 2009. She is the first smiling face that will greet you when you walk into our office. She previously worked for a private practice in Hernando County.
Nikki is married to Chris, who is a firefighter in Marion County, and they have a beautiful daughter, Brooke. They enjoy spending time together with family and friends.
Jeani has been a certified dental assistant for 21 years, and 17 of those have been spent at Citrus Dental. “I feel close to my patients who have been coming here for years and enjoy seeing them and helping them to attain their dental health goals. I enjoy working in a friendly office of caring professionals.” Jeani enjoys spending time with her husband of 29 years and traveling to visit their 2 adult children and 2 wonderful grandchildren as much as possible. She enjoys the beach, travel and getting together with friends and family.
Jennifer has been in the dental health field for 17 years and has been at Citrus Dental as Dr. Pichardo’s assistant since 2009. During her 17 years, she has worked 5 years as an oral surgery assistant, 2 years as insurance and billing coordinator and the remaining years as a dental assistant. Jennifer and her family have lived in Citrus County for 5 years. They enjoy fishing, riding their four- wheelers and chasing their toddler around.
Nona joined our team in 2011 and immediately fit right into to our Citrus Dental family. An “Air Force Brat” originally from California, she has been an assistant since 1999 and came to Crystal River in 2002. She enjoys her pets, time with her family and loves beaches, travel and roller coasters. Her favorite aspect of her job is meeting new patients and listening to stories from all of the patients each time they visit.
Cami has more than 20 years experience in dental hygiene. She has degrees from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and Northeastern University, both in Boston. She moved to Florida in 1991 and has been with Citrus Dental since 1992. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and is gratified in knowing she has made a positive contribution to their oral health. Outside of the office, she is passionate about equestrian sports.
Brenda has practiced in the dental hygiene field since 1975, and joined the Citrus Dental team in 1987. Prior to working here, she worked for 7 years in a periodontal office in Tallahassee. She loves getting to know her patients and motivating them to obtain and maintain optimal oral health
Brenda has been married for over 35 years to her wonderful husband, Donny. They have two adult children and two grandchildren with more on the way. Outside of the office, her interests include spending time with her family, working with children at her church, snow skiing and kayaking.
Joan joined the hygiene team at Citrus Dental in July 2009. She was a dental hygienist for 35 years in Pinellas County before her move to Citrus County.
Joan is married and has three sons and two grandchildren. She is enjoying discovering Citrus County and likes to hike and canoe.
